Spirit of Place

Nature Calendar

In all Native American traditions everything has a spirit including the places where we are. All parts of Mother Earth are sacred and have lessons to teach us if we are willing to listen. From the Standing People (trees) and the Stone People (rocks) we learn much. The waters of the rivers and streams give us life and the grasslands and forests offer us sustenance in many forms. It is appropriate that we celebrate the Spirit of Place every day. There is much to learn from each place that we are.

John Gavrilis captures the spiritual essence of the wilderness landscape in this collection of images. This weekly engagement planner will delight nature lovers with more than 70 breathtaking images.
